Equifax Data Breach: Helpful Resources From The Federal Trade Commission

Dear Friend,

This is a quick post to followup the Equifax data breach which affected 143,000,000 Americans.

I wanted to make you aware of two very helpful resources you should bookmark on your web browser. They are both from the Federal Trade Commission.

The Federal Trade Commission does a very nice job with quality content and organization of the content related to the Equifax data breach and also identity theft.

The first link is for the Equifax data breach. You will find helpful articles and links on what happened, what you can do, and how to learn more.

The second link is on Identity Theft. This also is a very helpful resource page on how to protect yourself from hackers and crooks. Plus, there’s a link to the latest scam alerts.

As mentioned above, it’s a good idea to bookmark these sites on your favorite web browser.

It’s always a good idea to stay informed and know what to do when unfortunate things happen regarding your identity and credit profile.

All the best,
